Nick Barnes
Director
Nick is a director in the professional practices team with a focus on the legal sector. He delivers a significant volume of compliance services to his clients and actively advises on operational and strategic matters including; restructuring, development of control systems, re-financing and capital funding projects as well as more common areas of work such as financial forecasts and financial benchmarking.
Nick joined PKF Francis Clark in 2003 and has been actively involved in the legal sector team for over 15 years.
Nick is Chartered Certified Accountant and member of both ACCA and AAT.
Outside of work, Nick can be found working on numerous DIY projects or weather permitting the golf course.
