Lisa heads up the Corporate Tax team in Poole. She specialises in all aspects of corporate and business taxes. 

Lisa is also part of the innovation and technology tax group, focusing on tax issues associated with intellectual property, R&D tax credits and the patent box regime. Lisa deals with R&D claims in many industry sectors but particularly focuses on manufacturing and engineering. Lisa enjoys seeing clients develop their businesses through the use of R&D but also being able to help in maximising the benefit R&D relief can bring, to make sure businesses are able to reinvest and grow further.

Lisa is also involved in advising in a range of tax matters including corporate reorganisations, de-mergers, management buy outs, share schemes, capital allowances, employment related securities and entrepreneurs relief planning.

Lisa started her career in HMRC before training with PKF and is now a chartered tax adviser with more than 17 years’ experience.
