Jonathan is a Partner in our London office’s Business Services team.  

He has nearly 20 years’ experience of London’s capital markets, including NEX/AQUIS, AIM and LSE Standard markets, as both an audit partner and reporting accountant to companies looking to float, and listed companies undertaking subsequent fundraisings. 

Jonathan has spent time in both practice and industry, including commercial experience in a variety of risk, internal audit, and financial reporting roles. He draws on this wide-ranging experience to develop deep professional relationships with his clients and a strong understanding of their business. His extensive experience includes advising companies in sectors as diverse as technology, medicinal cannabis and natural resources, guiding them through the challenges of growth and diversification.

Jonathan combines his audit and advisory role with a focus on strategic business development, helping to continue to grow our capital markets practice.
