Mark Davies
Mark is a Director within PKF's management consultancy services department with responsibility for PFI/PPP advisory support, and for the provision of consultancy services within the social housing sector generally.
Mark has over 10 years' experience of PFI and PPP projects, initially leading the project investment division of a support services provider, where he led a number of PFI projects through the procurement and completion phases and into the operational period.
Since 2003, Mark has advised both the public and private sector on PFI and PPP projects, providing both financial advice and project management support. Within the PFI/PPP team, Mark is responsible for social housing and care projects in particular.
Mark has worked with a number of Local Authorities to successfully secure for them a place on successive rounds of the Government’s housing PFI programme, and is also advising Registered Social Landlords, Contractors and Funders on a range of social housing and care projects. In addition to PFI/PPP, Mark leads PKF’s team which works with the Housing Corporation on the AVR QA Panel, and works with RSLs on a range of development and other projects.
In 2005 Mark co-authored the report ‘Efficiency in Delivering the Housing Corporation’s Investment Programme’ on behalf of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
