| Biography |
Simon is a director within PKF’s Management Consultancy Services department responsible for PFI/PPP Financial Advisory support to Public and Private sector clients. Simon principally provides support to the Emergency Services Sector.
A qualified accountant, Simon has over 10 years' experience advising the public and private sector on partnering projects. These projects often involve partnering arrangements that deliver serviced accommodation, vehicles or equipment to help transform services in the public sector.
His main areas of specialism include providing commercial advisory support on PFI/PPP projects, supporting major public sector procurements, introducing strategic partnering, undertaking options appraisals and preparing business cases. Simon also provides specialist technical advice in relation to project finance, public sector accounting, and costing. He is also an experienced deliverer of training.
