| Biography |
David leads our forensic team in the Midlands. He has over 15 years' expertise in assignments involving specialist investigations, transaction disputes, valuations, expert determination, and expert witness evidence.
David has acted as expert witness or in an advisory capacity in cases involving valuations, business interruption, professional negligence, breach of warranty, contractual disputes and fraudulent trading and has given evidence in Court or Tribunal on a number of occasions.
He specialises in fraud and criminal investigations. He is regularly instructed as investigator by the Department of Trade and Industry (now Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform) and other regulatory bodies. He is expert in applying data mining (PKF Finder is our bespoke data mining tool) and data recovery as investigative tools.
David is instructed in ancillary relief cases and is a contributing author to ‘Unlocking Matrimonial Assets on Divorce’, published by Jordan Publishing. |
