| Biography |
Leigh is a Partner in our specialist public sector assurance and advisory team with over 12 years’ experience in providing audit, assurance and value for money services to NHS organisations, fire and rescue authorities and local authorities.
He is responsible for the audit of many of our largest public sector clients including London borough and district councils, Primary Care Trusts, NHS and Foundation Trust hospitals. Leigh has a particular interest in the NHS sector where he has provided consultancy and Turnaround support and is also one of our lead Partners for developing our services to Foundation Trusts.
Leigh has participated in many public sector working parties and development groups and is currently a member of the Audit Commission’s local government, housing and community safety group. He is also a member of the firm’s Technical Development Group responsible for developing our services to the public sector.
He has provided consultancy services to many high-profile public sector organisations including advising on Private Finance Initiative and other procurement schemes. |
