| Biography |
Patrick is a partner within the public sector group of PKF's management consultancy services department.
He has a first degree in economics, an MBA in financial management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He has over 25 years' experience in a range of senior finance roles across both the public and private sectors, with extensive consultancy experience working in the public sector.
Patrick is an experienced financial and business manager and has an extensive track record of assisting public sector clients with programme and project management, performance improvement, business process redesign, change management and strategic reviews. He is also an enthusiastic supporter of coaching and mentoring principles and many managers in a number of diverse businesses have benefited from his flexible style of mentoring.
As a highly skilled facilitator Patrick has used this technique to assist problem solving teams in a wide range of business critical situations.
